Olympic skier Jeret "Speedy" Peterson. Distraught over a recent DUI and the suicide of his friend, and struggling with alcoholism and depression from a tragic childhood where he was molested and lost his 5-year-old sister to a drunk driver, he just couldn't take it anymore and blew his brains out. He was only 29.
